At Zaro Fragrance, we take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.


1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used fragrances.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged packaging caused by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., scent not preferred)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
